Voivod releases Split 7” EP with Entombed A.D. + European tour

Canadian progressive sci-fi metal innovators VOIVOD stay busy and out on the in support of their current Mini-CD entitled “Post Society – EP”. Today marks the beginning of a comprehensive European tour together with Century Media Records label mates Entombed A.D. as well as Lord Dying and freshly announced support acts (See lower for details!).

To celebrate this event and after previous split releases together with label mates At The Gates and Napalm Death, VOIVOD are now releasing a next Split 7” EP with Entombed A.D. as of this Friday, October 28th, 2016.

The new Split 7” EP includes the VOIVOD track “Fall”, off the “Post Society – EP” and previously unreleased on vinyl as well as the Entombed A.D. track “Gospel Of The Horns”, a rare track off the “Back To The Front” sessions and also previously unreleased on vinyl. The 7” EP is worldwide limited to 1000x copies in the following editions:

600x Black vinyl (CM Distro)
100x Neon orange vinyl (CM Mailorder Europe)
100x Neon yellow vinyl (CM Mailorder USA)
200x White vinyl (Band edition)

VOIVOD’s drummer Michel “Away” langevin checked in with the following comment about the upcoming dates: “We are presently in the process of writing a new concept album while refreshing the set list for the upcoming ‘Dead Dawn European Tour 2016’.
